TumericALIVE Super Blends: Mexican Chocolate

The Mexican Chocolate flavor of TurmericALIVE’s Super Blends is a play on the classic spiced chocolate drink. The Mexican Chocolate flavor comes from cacao, honey, cayenne, cinnamon, and salt, which have been mixed with hemp milk and coconut milk to give it its “milky” base. In addition, the product, of course, includes turmeric, and also contains banana, ginger, vanilla and chia to add some additional flavors and consistency. The product definitely has some spice to it, although we wouldn’t call it spicy, and does a great job of complementing the chocolate and salt flavors. Like the Bullet Brew Turkish Coffee variety, the turmeric flavor is more of an accent flavor than something that takes center stage. Seeing as TurmericALIVE has several flavors where turmeric is the start of the show, we like this point of differentiation for their Super Blends line. Visually, this product has a look that’s naturally appealing to the senses. The color of the liquid lets you know that it actually has chocolate in it, while the layout of the label and its copy also puts the emphasis on this. All in all, this is a superb addition to the lineup.
