WingFoot Iskiate is a great tasting super-natural performance drink mix made from chia seeds. In comes in convenient 20 gm packets and can be added to water, juice, tea, green coconut water or any other liquid you can think of. Chia seeds have exceptional hydrophilic properties that absorb 9 to 14 times their weight in water and therefore prolong hydration. Chia is 25% fiber, a complete protein, is gluten free and provides 7 times more omega-3 than salmon. The gel that forms when mixed with liquid is 75% insoluble fiber which creates a barrier that slows the absorption of carbohydrates and maintains more even blood sugar levels. No peak, no crash. WingFoot Iskiate comes in 4 all natural flavors; Lemon, Lime, Ginger-Lemon and Orange. WingFoot provides increased energy and greater endurance through metabolically timed release of nutrients.
