Raising capital has become more difficult across beverage and CPG. Investors are writing fewer checks, diligence timelines have lengthened, and brands are facing greater pressure to prove not just growth potential, but operational discipline and a clear path to profitability.
At BevNET Live NYC 2026, taking place June 10 and 11 at New York’s Metropolitan Pavilion, founders will hear directly from investors, advisors and operators shaping today’s beverage finance environment — while also gaining access to private meetings through BevNET Live’s 1:1 networking program.
Throughout the event, BevNET Live facilitates scheduled meetings between attending brands and investors from venture capital firms, strategic investment groups and angel networks. Participating firms include GroundForce Capital, Partnership Capital Growth, Coefficient Capital, Doehler Ventures, The Angel Group, KarpReilly, New Fare Partners, 1731 Mgmt and Paperboy Ventures. Founders attending the event are invited to apply for curated one-to-one discussions with investors aligned to their business and stage of growth.
On stage, BevNET Live’s finance programming will examine how investors are evaluating beverage brands in a more disciplined market environment.
In a three-part interview series, BevNET Managing Editor Martin Caballero will speak with investors bringing distinct perspectives on where opportunities still exist in beverage and CPG.
Elly Truesdell, Managing Partner at New Fare Partners (investments including Lucille, Mid-Day Squares, Tacombi) and the former Whole Foods “forager” known for identifying emerging brands and consumer shifts early, will discuss how changing consumer expectations are influencing investment priorities across food and beverage.
Hank Spring, Managing Partner at KarpReilly (Pop&Bottle, Remedy Organics, Koia), will offer perspective from a firm that has backed brands through multiple market cycles and helped companies scale through long-term growth partnerships.
Rogers Healy, founder and CEO of Morrison Seger Venture Capital Partners (Poppi, Waay, Cove, Little Saints), brings the viewpoint of an entrepreneur-turned-investor focused on identifying emerging consumer trends and early-stage growth opportunities.
The program will also feature Daniel Grubbs, Managing Director at William Hood & Company and former head of ventures and M&A at PepsiCo, who will break down the broader strategic and acquisition landscape for entrepreneurial beverage brands. Drawing from his experience inside one of the industry’s largest companies, Grubbs will discuss how large strategics evaluate emerging brands, partnerships and growth opportunities in today’s market.
At the tactical level, Chuck Cotter of Morrison Foerster and Habitat Partners VC investor Daniel Faierman will lead a session based on their book Term Sheet Pitfalls, offering founders a practical look at deal structures, negotiation dynamics and common mistakes brands make when raising capital.
Together, the sessions and meetings are designed to give founders both a clearer understanding of the current fundraising environment and direct access to the people actively investing in the next generation of beverage brands.
