BevNET Live: Get Business Experience with Suja CEO Jeff Church

BevNET is delighted to announce its first speaker for BevNET Live in Santa Monica, Calif. on Dec. 9 and 10: Jeff Church, the CEO of Suja.

Church brings a wide body of experience to the conference from both inside and outside the beverage world. In recent years, he has co-founded both Suja, a fast-growing fresh-pressed juice company, and Nika Water Company, a premium cause-based bottled water startup that donates 100 percent of its profits to clean water projects and poverty alleviation around the world. That company has become a widely praised project in social entrepreneurship and resulted in the publication of a book, “Thirst for Change.”

Before starting to work in the beverage business, however, Church developed several businesses in areas including manufacturing, finance, and consumer products, and is also an independent board member for several companies.

BevNET Live attendees will hear Church discuss the issues frequently faced by start-ups across the business environment and the ways that his experiences of a “serial entrepreneur,” have helped fuel the fast start at Suja.

About Jeff Church:

Jeff Church is co-founder and CEO of Suja Juice and has enjoyed a career of numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures, including a multi-million dollar private equity firm that focused on acquisitions of middle market manufacturing and distribution companies. Before that, Church, who holds an MBA from Harvard, served as president and general manager of various divisions within ERICO International Corporation, as well as held associate and senior positions at Morgan Stanley and Ernst & Young, respectively.
