Crater Lake Spirits: Crater Lake Hatch Green Chile Vodka

Fresh green chiles are brought from Hatch, New Mexico to our distillery in Bend, Oregon. We then fire roast the chiles and infuse them in our flagship vodka; the result is fire roasted spiciness in a bottle.
