Attendees of the Beverages 101 session on May 13 at the Metropolitan Pavilion will hear from three investors who are focused on entrepreneurs and their plans for growth.
Joining the event, which is designed to offer new BevNET Live attendees an introduction to the beverage business, will be Scott Greenburg, an attorney and angel investor who has also been an advisor and counselor to several food and beverage companies, including Guayaki, Sambazon, and Starbucks; Eric Schnell, the founder of MetaBrand, which, backed by 6Pacific Capital, recently introduced the Metabrand Capital pillar as an investment vehicle for new and growing brands; and Trevor Nelson, a managing partner at Alliance Consumer Growth (ACG), which provides minority capital investments to allow consumer product companies to accelerate their growth process.
The three investors will discuss the way they look at potential investments in beverage companies, what their preferred methods are for meeting and evaluating new brands and provide information to entrepreneurs on the best ways to gain funding and work with their new partners.
Beverages 101 is sponsored by Alliance Consumer Growth Fund; it will be held on Tuesday, May 13 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City.
