Sound Sparkling Tea: Refresh: White Tea Peach & Ginger

The White Tea variety of Sound Sparkling Tea is a zero-calorie blend of sparkling water, white tea, hibiscus and peach flavor (along with citric and malic acid). From a taste perspective, it’s quite pleasant. The blend of white tea and hibiscus goes well with the fizz from the sparkling water, while the peach flavor provides a nice finishing note to the product. Aside from a slight acidic note at the finish, it plays nicely without any sweetener. And the use of carbonation, which we’ve seen before in a couple of tea products over the years, works really well. From a visual perspective, the product is clean, modern and aesthetically appealing. However, we do feel as though there should be a more prominent callout for “0 calorie” and “unsweetened.” In the current design, it’s easy to miss and the reddish-colored liquid looks like something that should have sweetness to it. Otherwise, we like the look of the product -- it would definitely catch our eye. Overall, a unique and enjoyable product.
