BevNET Review: Jones Whoop Ass Energy Cola, which is only available in Canada at review time, is Jones's latest addition to the Whoop Ass line. This flavor tastes more like a cola than an energy drink. Can't complain about that. Enhanced with guarana, gotu kola, and three types of ginseng, this product is essentially an herbal enhanced cola. It's mildly carbonated and not too sweet and has a finish that tastes almost like molasses. Overall, a pretty good beverage. Give it a try if you are ever in Canada.

I know this stuff works! See, several years ago at a gaming convention I was playing a demo game of Chainmail (a fantasy miniatures battle game based on D&D - which was, itself, based on a fantasy miniatures battle game called Chainmail, so it's a geekily amusing sort of full-circle thing). In the first round, I got stomped pretty badly. Fortunately, I had a can of Jones Whoop-Ass Cola handy. "Looks like I'm gonna have to open up a can of Whoop-Ass on you," I said to my opponent, and proceeded to do just that. The cola itself was tasty, if a bit too sweet, and I would have preferred more carbonation, but the energy spike was apparently what I needed at the time, because I then smashed my opponent's force flat. Oh yeah.

a different approach to cola, the ginseng makes for a much more complex flavor than any other cola on the market, definitely packs a punch! might not be everyones cup o' tea by a longshot though.

I seem to be the only person who's drank this stuff. well, anyway, it's not something everyone will like(the can even says it's "...not recommended for those who shouldn't drink it") but i loved it. aweome taste, great boost and clever packaging. I haven't seen it around for a while though, maybe it's been taken out of the line.
