Blu: Premium

Blu Premium Energy Drink is one of those energy drinks that uses the classic energy drink flavor that is found in countless other energy drinks on the market today. That said, it does not in any way seem worthy of being called “Premium” -- “value” is probably a more appropriate way to position and sell this product as it’s definitely not a step up from any of the established brands. We’d say the same for the packaging, with a design that feels like a dated approach to being chic or European. All in all, this is a product that we feel as though has its best chance if being sold at a deep discount. Otherwise, we do not see a place in the market for this product.
