Clover Cold-Pressed Juice: Gingersnap

Clover’s Gingersnap is a raw (non-pasteurized, non-HPP) blend of organic Fuji apple, green apple, lemon, and ginger. With a heavy hit of ginger and some nice lemon tang, the name is a pretty accurate descriptor of the flavor. There is a nice amount of sweet apple flavor in the middle, but the lingering heat of the ginger is ultimately what wins out. The blend of sweet, spice, and citrus is an addicting and extremely enjoyable combination. We’re definitely fans of this formulation. Visually, the product looks and feels like so many other products in the juice space. That’s both good in that it’s easily identifiable and bad in that the packaging itself would be hard to remember. Regardless, the format of the front panel is clean, simple and easy to understand. We do think that the product would benefit from a bit more color, but otherwise it can certainly hold its own against competing products. Overall, a very enjoyable product.
