With regard to the jelly pulp of the green coconut there are only reports of very rare and totally sporadic cases of allergic reactions (for oral consumption). Why not use this nutritious pulp as the basis for a milk alternative? In 2006 this was the starting point for intensive product developments over the course of two years.
