Review: Green Tea

Using the quintessential combination of green tea and honey makes a ton of sense for a brand that’s making drinks sweetened with honey -- and Honeydrop has done a superb job with it. The flavor is spot on for what you’d make at home (or at least aspire to make), with a mild bodied green tea and a light touch of honey. It’s soothing and satisfying to drink, providing just enough flavor without overpowering your palate. Nutritionally, the product has 90 calories per bottle and also contains echinacea, which is a common herbal ingredient known to boost the immune system. On the packaging front, Honeydrop has moved from a PET bottle to a proprietary 14 oz. glass bottle. The vibe of the product is upscale and natural, which seems like a good fit for a product of this type. Otherwise, the label and branding are clean and appealing, with their honey bee logo on both the label and molded into the glass. Overall, this is our favorite flavor of the Honeydrop line and what’s sure to be their best seller.
