DRY Sparkling: Apple (2013)

Dry Apple Soda is one of two flavors that are exclusive to the company's new 12 oz. can packaging. Like other Dry Soda varieties, Apple is lightly sweetened with sugar to the tune of 16g per 12 oz. container. The apple flavor is quite nice, with an accurate flavor profile that is pleasing to the palate. However, it’s hard to say that apple is more appealing than some of the company's more soda-like flavors (apple and “dry” aren't a natural paring). Nevertheless, we don’t think that anyone who tries this product will be disappointed. On the outside, the product’s two-color design is well-executed and polished-looking. It does a great job of communicating what it is and what the benefits are while also whetting the appetite. Plus, we think that adding cans is going to be a gamechanger for Dry in the sense that this is a more practical and mainstream format. Overall, Dry Apple Soda is a very nice addition to the lineup.
