Pineapple Pink Grapefruit doesn't taste anything like pineapple or pink grapefruit, but it is still a fairly enjoyable flavor. The flavor is slightly bitter (maybe this is the grapefruit?), but sweet and tart at the same time. Basically, this is a concoction of several fruit flavors that got a bit lost. An acceptable beverage at best.
