Sojo Flight™ to support over 15 million cases per year at R.C. Moore’s Pittston, PA facility
BRISTOL, Pa.--Nov. 5, 2026--Sojo Industries (“Sojo”), an industrial automation company delivering mobile manufacturing and modular packaging solutions, today announced a multi-year partnership with R.C. Moore, a third-party logistics provider with warehousing, asset-based transportation, and freight brokerage services. The companies are deploying Sojo Flight™ at R.C. Moore’s Pittston, PA facility to meet rising demand from beverage producers throughout the region.
Sojo Flight™ is a mobile packaging model that brings automated production and robotics directly to the product. Built around a fleet of rovers that transport, position and power the equipment needed to build a complete packaging line, the platform assembles beverage variety packs at high speed and can be ready to run within an hour. It requires no permanent anchoring and can handle multiple pack types within an existing facility.
Under the agreement, Sojo will install and operate six packaging lines at the Pittston site, with capabilities spanning cartons, top-loaded regular slotted cases (RSCs), and tray-and-shrink formats. Together, the lines will be capable of supporting more than 15 million cases annually.
“Pennsylvania sits at the heart of the beverage supply chain, with direct access to major consumer markets across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic,” said Barak Bar-Cohen, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sojo Industries. “R.C. Moore’s logistics experience and commitment to its customers makes them an ideal partner for us in this important market. Sojo Flight™ operates in a rapid deployment model. We signed our deal on Friday, had a Sojo Flight™ team on site on Monday, and had two lines running cases by that afternoon. Door-to-floor in one hour.”
By bringing high-scale automated robotic variety pack production to R.C. Moore’s Pittston facility, Sojo Flight™ provides:
Shorter lead times by packing products closer to customers
Fewer product handling and warehouse transfer steps by completing repacking on-site, with storage and outbound freight managed by R.C. Moore
Expanded regional packaging capacity without the cost of building a standalone repacking operation
Greater flexibility through line configurations that accommodate different brands, pack formats, and production volumes
Reduced transportation costs and associated emissions by minimizing shipments to off-site co-packers
“R.C. Moore has always believed the best solutions come from strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to our customers is what brought us and Sojo together. Sojo brings automated robotic packaging capabilities at scale and we bring decades of beverage warehousing and transportation expertise built alongside our customers. When automated packaging, warehousing, and transportation work as one, brands spend less time managing handoffs and more time growing their business. We’re proud of what this partnership makes possible today and look forward to growing it together,” said David Wilson, Chief Operating Officer at R.C. Moore.
The Pittston operation will serve a mix of national brands, regional producers, and emerging beverage companies. The long-term agreement also creates opportunities to extend the partnership to additional R.C. Moore locations.
