Hint Water: Pineapple

Hint's new pineapple variety is, like the company's other "essence water" products, a zero-calorie, unsweetened and lightly flavored water. While we were unsure how the tropical and sweet flavor of pineapple would translate in a water, it works extremely well, with the pineapple flavoring having a very accurate taste. And despite being an unsweetened beverage, it definitely tricks the palate into thinking that there’s a touch of sweetness to it. Truly, we think that this is one of the better tasting flavors of Hint that we’ve seen in a while -- and it’s a very addictive one at that. On the packaging front, Hint has firmly established its use of this particular 16 oz. PET (which is a stock bottle) as being its own. The label, which has been a white-backed design for a few years now, is clean and appealing to the senses. Plus, it’s intuitive and easy to quickly get the gist of the brand. Overall, this is a nice addition to the Hint lineup that offers some different -- and well-executed -- flavor to its line.
