Honest Tea Summer Refreshers: Mint Limeade

The Mint Limeade flavor of Honest Tea’s Summer Refreshers line is a very tasty mainstream juice offering. Like nearly all of Honest Tea’s other products, this one is USDA Organic and uses a pretty straightforward list of ingredients. In terms of flavor, the product, which uses 6 percent juice (lime and lemon), has a very homemade flavor and does a nice job of blending, lime, lemon and mint flavors. More importantly, it doesn’t smack you in the face with sweetness (it has 17g of sugar per 8 oz. serving) as many of the mainstream brands do. To that end, it certainly fits the bill as a “Summer Refresher.” Packaging is a 32 oz. glass bottle that has a polished (aside from the “NATURALLY FLAVORED” text) and appealing look to the label. Overall, we really enjoyed this product.
