Honest Tea (Glass): Just Black Tea

The folks at Honest Tea are hopping on the unsweetened train with this smooth organic black tea in a 16-oz. glass bottle. The tea tastes just fine, with almost no astringency and very little of the brackishness that unsweetened bottled teas occasionally carry. There aren’t any nasty particles at the bottom, it’s quenching, calorie free, and even has some caffeine. But the packaging is so minimalist as to look generic. Just a tiny photo of hands in a barrel of tea leaves on a faded light blue label. Jazz it up, guys. There’s not a lot of sell here. Technically good, but doesn't excite us.
