humm kombucha: Original

Humm’s Original Kombucha is the flagship flavor of the line and appears to be made exclusively with the organic raw kombucha that serves as the base for all of the company's other flavors. It’s a pretty nice tasting kombucha that’s on the milder side of kombucha flavor profiles. Every aspect -- be it the sweetness, carbonation, or the fermented flavor -- is restrained such that the product has a very mainstream style to it. That said, it’s a very easy to drink product. However, the flavor is very similar to other brands, so it’s not a product that wins simply on flavor. Packaging, on the other hand, is unique looking, starting with the product’s proprietary 14 oz. glass bottle. It has a whimsical look to it, both in the label design and the shape of the glass bottle. Humm has done a nice job with the execution of the packaging, with the finished product being very approachable and polished. Overall, we’re very pleased with this product.
