Juisi: Watermelon

Made with a blend of watermelon, lemon and beet, Juisi’s Watermelon variety is a refreshing summertime product. The flavor of the product is straightforward and enjoyable, with watermelon and lime being the only two flavors that we taste. We’re not quite sure what the beet juice adds (perhaps just a brighter color for the liquid?), but the combination is certainly enjoyable. However, it’s not a blend that feels overly unique to the Juisi brand in that it’s not far off from other watermelon-based juices that are currently on the market. Still, it’s enjoyable and we don’t think anyone will be disappointed by the liquid that’s inside the package. As for the outside, the product’s 16 oz. bottle is one that has been used by many other cold-pressed juice brands. So, it should be pretty easy to figure out what this product is, especially since the company added “raw & cold-pressed” to the front of the bottle. Beyond that, it’s a pretty simple looking design that really seems to downplay the company’s branding. Given that there are a ton of products in this space, we feel as though a more strongly branded product would help Juisi. The Juisi name itself is certainly a workable one, but it really needs to stand out more. Overall, a good product, but it needs to improve the ways that it differentiates from the competition.
