Maine Root Sodas: Ginger Beer

This is redolent with ginger and has a nice, spicy bite. We like the strong presence of the sugar cane and the squat green soda bottle, which sets it apart from the rest of the Maine Root line and we’re glad it also has that primitive, hand-drawn label. It’s a nice, simple approach that yields a satisfying, complex drink that we’d love to stock in the bar or in the fridge. A must try for ginger beer fans.
