Many people believe that birch beer tastes just like root beer, but Mystic Seaport buries this notion with this unique and flavorful version of birch beer. It's like a traditional root beer base with a light wintergreen layer of flavor. What we like about this particular product is that it is light and refreshing without being too sweet. Mystic Seaport also brews their beverages with pure cane sugar rather than corn syrup, which leads to a purer, less generic product.
