Quincy

Quincy is a non-alcoholic cocktail mixer brand built around the dirty martini. Its jars pair pitted Spanish Queen olives with a custom "from-the-barrel" brine in a ratio designed to make roughly 14 martinis with zero leftover olives or brine. Made with five ingredients (water, olive juice, olives, salt and lactic acid), the product is shelf-stable for up to two years and sold in a standard jar ($15) and a Quincy XL gallon format ($50) that yields about 100-120 drinks. Quincy sells direct-to-consumer and through retail and foodservice wholesale accounts.
