Sierra Kombucha is made from organic green tea that is combined with a cultivated “Scoby” (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast), organic sugar (the sugar is necessary to ferment the kombucha), and organic or all natural juice. Our product line includes: High Desert Prickly Pear, Granite Ginger, Pinnacle Pineapple, Purple Lake Grape, Alpenglow Orange, and Peak Pomegranate.
