Review: Orange

Sprizz-O’s Orange flavor is made with 12 percent juice (tangerine juice from concentrate) as well as sparkling water, sugar, natural flavor and citric acid. The flavor is good, but all too familiar, which is ultimately our biggest issue with what the company has done. It’s a flavor you can find in many other brands, both big and small. That leaves Sprizz-O with packaging as its only other chance for differentiation. On that end of things, it certainly looks unique, with a clear label and the Sprizz-O logo jumping out at you. It’s pretty obvious that this stuff is orange-flavored, so it doesn’t seem to be hurt by the lack of fruit graphics (as you’ll find on much of the competition). However, we are still left wondering what would make a consumer become a loyal buyer of this product. While it certainly tastes good and looks somewhat polished, it still feels as though it’s lacking when it comes to having something that will lure consumers in and keep them coming back for more. Overall, a good start, but it definitely needs more.
