Sweetpress: seasonal

Made exclusively with raw and organic pressed fruit juice, Seasonal is a blend of watermelon, coconut water, lime, and mint. Presumably a blend just for summer (hence the “Seasonal” name and use of watermelon), this product has a very refreshing and light flavor. Cutting it with coconut water adds both to the marketability and helps offset the sweetness of the watermelon. The lime and mint come into play at the finish and round out the formulation in such a way that the drink is very balanced. On the branding and positioning front, Sweetpress is a name that is straightforward but clever, with a minimalist design that fits well with what this product is all about. Since this product is made in small batches, the overall presentation of the package isn’t perfect -- the label was askew and the expiration date is handwritten on the back. However, for what is likely a high priced product, it certainly tells the consumer that what’s inside the bottle isn’t the same industrialized juice that makes up most of the market. Overall, this product is definitely one of the best tasting juice products that we’ve ever sampled.
