True Organic: Pure Carrot

Of the True Organic varieties that we sampled, this product was the closest to what we’d like to see from this brand. Pure Carrot is, fortunately, pasteurized 100 percent carrot juice that appears to be not from concentrate. The flavor is clean and simple, with a bold carrot flavor that’s earthy and mildly sweet. And it definitely feels a bit more “True” than the other flavors that we sampled. The same can be said about the outside, which, for a product that contains only one ingredient, certainly has a leg up on the brand's other varieties. Still, the clear full wrap label definitely needs a little work -- it's both askew and foggy-looking. Overall, this is much more the direction that we’d like to see from this brand.
