Unity Vibration: Grapefruit (2011)

Unity Vibration’s Grapefruit Kombucha takes handmade kombucha and combines it with cane juice, black tea, and fresh grapefruit juice. The resulting blend is as amazing as it sounds, with a very fresh and potent grapefruit flavor providing a nice backdrop for the kombucha. In fact, the vinegary flavor that often accompanies kombucha is almost nonexistent. That said, this product is definitely a great place to start if you are new to kombucha. Regardless, this product is extremely well balanced and flavorful, making it our favorite kombucha formulation to date. On the outside, the bottle (which is available in both 12 oz. and 25 oz. formats) looks and feels like an earthy, good-for-you product. The colorful label is fun and youthful, while the text is whimsical but easy to read. Overall, as far as fruit infused kombuchas go, this is the best we’ve had.
