BevNET Review

The fellows at Wild Buzz have nearly cracked the DNA of Mountain Dew with this 12-oz. energy brew. While it does seem to have a somewhat bitter caffeine backwash in every other sip, the Citrus flavor is nevertheless a grade smoother and less syrupy than its fellow energy drink peers. And with the similarity to “The Dew,” there's definitely a market out there for a product with a taste like this. That is, of course, if Wild Buzz decides to pair its accessible taste with an accessible price. From the looks of the can, it sure seems like that’s their intent, because it’s a pretty basic-looking package. Whether that’s the point or not, we’re not sophisticated enough to tell, but we're willing to guess that this will mainly appeal to a value-minded consumer. It could be a much better product if it had a better looking package.
