Review: Mango

There’s maybe a little bit of mango in the taste and scent of this soda-like brand, but basically, it’s just sweet, sweet, sweet. The look of this Wild Buzz entry is a translucent orange and it’s definitely a bit more carbonated than other energy drinks. Of the four made by the Wild Buzz brand, it’s also got the least noticeable caffeine aftertaste, but that doesn’t make up for the syrupy assault on your taste buds. The use of mango fruit flavor is unique to the category, but it could definitely use improvement. A good flavor in concept, but the execution is lacking a bit. Overall, this is a product that will appeal to a value-oriented consumer, but it won't win any awards for quality.
