Thousands of food and beverage industry suppliers, manufacturers, marketers and formulators are expected to gather at McCormick Place in Chicago from July 10-13 for the IFT FIRST: Annual Event & Expo.
Organized by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) the show has for decades been the largest US-based event for food science. Held virtually during 2020 and 2021, the coming event will mark the first in-person run under the IFT FIRST name, as it was rebranded in 2021.
The event’s B2B food innovation expo will feature over 750 exhibitors as well as dozens of educational sessions and hundreds of technical research presentations.
