LONG BEACH, Calif. — Randal Kreienbrink, Director of Marketing at BI Nutraceuticals, has received the designation of Certified Food Scientist (CFS) from the Insitiute of Food Technologists (IFT). Kreienbrink, who has more than 25 years experience in the food sciences industry, is BI’s second employee to receive this designation. This new program was created in response to industry demand for a certification that could help differentiate individuals and their applied knowledge in food science.

Kreienbrink and BI Food Technologist Alison Raban will be honored for their accomplishments at the Opening General Session of the IFT Annual Meeting and Food Expo July 14th in Chicago. Additionally, both will be on hand to meet attendees and discuss BI’s more than 200 GRAS ingredient offerings duing the show at the company’s booth #1056.
