Most of the $17.5 billion in annual energy drink sales has, traditionally, come from young, male consumers. But that’s beginning to change. In recent years, brands like CELSIUS and Alani Nu have seen triple-digit sales gains with much of the growth being credited to women entering the energy category.

Arnest is “the largest manufacturer of perfume, cosmetic and household products in aerosol packaging in Russia,” and Ball’s aluminum aerosol division has collaborated with Arnest in the past.

Botanical-infused sparkling water brand Aura Bora announced today the closing of a series A funding round that brings its total lifetime financing north of $10 million. NielsenIQ: Coffee, Sports Drinks Fuel Labor Day Gains

Strong demand for bottled water, sports drinks and ready-to-drink coffee helped accelerate total non-alcoholic beverage sales over the Labor Day holiday earlier this month, as sales grew 13% year-over-year during the two-week period ended on September 10, according to a Goldman Sachs Equity Research Report based on NielsenIQ data.

Seth Goldman’s Just Ice Tea Launches Nationwide

Barely four months after its initial reveal, Eat the Change’s Just Ice Tea is rolling out to stores this week. Seth Goldman, co-founder of Eat the Change and Honest Tea, first announced the new line of ready-to-drink teas in June, only two weeks after The Coca-Cola Company announced it would discontinue Honest Tea by the end of this year.
