Beachwood Brewing & Distilling Unveils New Distillery Cocktail Program and Kitchen

Long Beach, California – This August, Beachwood Brewing & Distilling is thrilled to announce the official launch of its distillery cocktail program and kitchen, marking a significant evolution from its original taproom in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach. Known for their exceptional, award-winning craft beer, on Wednesday, August 14, Beachwood now offers an innovative cocktail experience with spirits distilled entirely in-house. 

Beachwood Brewing & Distilling aims to create a grain-to-glass bar, meticulously managing every aspect of the cocktail creation process. From distilling their own spirits to crafting tonics in house, Beachwood ensures the highest standards of excellence in every drink served. 

Central to their Grain-to-Glass philosophy is a 150-gallon, four-plate copper column still, which allows Beachwood to distill a variety of spirits with unmatched clarity and flavor. 

Beachwood Brewing & Distilling features a curated selection of specialty cocktails, including house-made gin, vodka, and rum. The cocktail menu highlights the distinct characteristics of each spirit, expertly crafted to provide a unique and memorable drinking experience. Guests can indulge in a full signature cocktails menu, including: 

• Saturn: A celestial blend of house gin with passionfruit, lemon, and orgeat, offering a tropical escape in every sip. 
• Chi Chi: A refreshing twist on the classic piña colada, made with house vodka, pineapple, coconut cream, and a touch of fresh lime. 
• 1944 Mai Tai: A timeless tiki favorite featuring house rum, lime, orgeat, and orange curaçao, delivering an authentic taste of the islands. 

Complement your drinks with exquisite bites, from shareable plates to salads, sandwiches, and burgers, as well as wood-fired bread baked to order from our own sourdough mixed at our pizzeria in Huntington Beach.
