Acadian Skies, a timeless German-style Schwarzbier, recently received a prestigious World Class score of 98 points from The Beer Connoisseur. Grand Master BJCP Judge Scott Birdwell praised the beer, stating, "One of the best examples of a dark lager. A nearly flawless execution." This dark lager showcases a rich, dark hue derived from a carefully crafted malt bill, imparting notes of coffee with a subtle touch of chocolate. The use of traditional lager yeast ensures a clean, crisp finish, making Acadian Skies a remarkably easy-drinking dark lager.
