Los Angeles, CA – [February, 17 2025] – MUD\WTR, the pioneering coffee alternative brand on a mission to create healthy minds through healthy habits, is excited to announce its first-ever appearance at Natural Products Expo West 2025. Fresh off its launch into retail, MUD\WTR is now more accessible than ever, bringing its functional beverages to store shelves nationwide. Attendees can find MUD\WTR at two locations: one booth in the North Hall N1240 and an outside experiential sampling activation in the Arena Plaza near the North Hall in partnership with Wise Bar.

MUD\WTR and Wise Bar are teaming up to showcase the power of mushrooms and their commitment to mental wellness. Both brands believe in the power of functional ingredients to support energy, focus and well-being—from what you drink to what you eat. Attendees can sample Wise Bar’s functional superfood bars alongside MUD\WTR’s signature beverages, experiencing firsthand how these products complement each other in supporting mind and body.

Amid the nonstop energy of Expo West, prioritizing mental wellness is more important than ever. Step outside the chaos and into the cold at our outdoor booth, where an ice bath awaits, courtesy of Plunge. Whether you need an energy boost, a mental refresh, or a moment of mindfulness, take the plunge—literally. Towels, a swimsuit goodie bag, and all the post-plunge feels await. We’re kicking things off with a frosty first dip as MUD\WTR founder Shane Heath and Wise Bar co-founder Josh Dominick chill out—literally—at noon on Wednesday, 3/5/2025. The plunge pools will be open Wednesday through Friday from 12–2 PST for anyone bold enough to freeze the moment. Come for the cold, stay for the clarity. You in?

Founder and CEO Shane Heath will be in attendance and available for interviews throughout the event. Heath, who launched MUD\WTR in 2018, has been at the forefront of the wellness movement, creating functional beverage alternatives that support energy, focus, and well-being. Under his leadership, MUD\WTR has become one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S. and has expended outside of D2C into retail. 

Outside of his work, he is a dedicated father, an avid jiu-jitsu practitioner, and a prolific painter. As a mental health advocate, Heath is also a vocal supporter of the safe use of psychedelics for personal growth and well-being.
