New York, NY [August 20, 2025] - SAYSO, the women-owned cocktail and mocktail mix brand redefining how we enjoy bar-quality drinks at home, is shaking things up again with the launch of its Dirty Martini flavor, soon to be available in their new, ultra-convenient stick packet format.

Known for its signature tea bag-style cocktail infusers, SAYSO’s latest innovation of its stick formula makes mixing your favorite martini even easier. Just pour, stir, sip, and enjoy. The Dirty Martini stick features savory olive and pink himalayan salt, all with zero artificial ingredients. It’s everything you love about a bar-crafted dirty martini, minus the fuss. 

SAYSO, founded in 2022 by Harvard Business School graduates Chloe Bergson and Alison Evans, emerged from their shared frustration during the pandemic when they struggled to recreate bar-quality cocktails at home. Seeking a convenient and healthier alternative to traditional ready-to-drink options, they innovated the concept of craft cocktail tea bags. These biodegradable sachets contain all-natural, dehydrated ingredients like citrus peels, herbs, and spices, allowing users to steep them in cold water and add their preferred spirit—or none at all—for a quick cocktail or mocktail. As a certified women-owned business, SAYSO continues to expand its product line and retail presence, aiming to revolutionize the way people enjoy cocktails at home.

“We created SAYSO to make elevated cocktails more approachable and accessible,” says co-founder Alison Evans. “And the Dirty Martini stick is a game-changer for martini lovers looking for simplicity without compromise.”

“We’ve heard our customers loud and clear. They want even more options in the stick format,” adds co-founder Chloe Bergson. “The Dirty Martini is bold, classic, and just a little bit cheeky. It felt like the perfect next addition.”

Each pouch contains 8 individual stick packs and retails for $14.99. Like all SAYSO products, the Dirty Martini can be enjoyed with or without alcohol, offering a delicious mocktail option, too.
