New York, NY – December 4, 2025 – Holiday Vodka, a new premium spirit crafted in Italy, officially celebrated its launch on December 3, 2025, with an après-ski–themed party at Saint Theo's in Manhattan's West Village. The event marked the next chapter for the brand, which first appeared this summer at Surf Lodge, Gurney's Montauk Resort, Corner Store, and (SUB)MERCER, and is now in more than 60 bars, restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores across New York. Holiday will continue expanding statewide before rolling out in New Jersey and Florida in early 2026 with plans to begin its export business later next year. The brand is also available online and ships to 45 states.
Holiday transformed Saint Theo's into a 70s Cortina ski chalet, welcoming guests into the World of Holiday. More than 200 notable figures from New York's hospitality, media, cultural communities, and the bartending world gathered for an evening that felt more alpine escape than city party. Five Eleven's DJ set blended vintage Italian disco with après-ski energy, while custom ski posters, martini towers, and cozy tablescapes turned the West Village restaurant into a winter wonderland. Branded skis and shotskis lined the bar, and Holiday's signature Diretto Martini—poured straight from frozen bottles—anchored the night's festivities.
"Seeing so many people I love and respect at the Holiday Vodka launch was surreal," said Founder Anna Goldman. "After believing in this brand for so long, watching others embrace it and fall in love with it was a dream realized. Feeling the energy in the room makes us even more excited for what's to come."
Crafted by Giancarlo Mancino, one of Italy's most respected spirits makers, Holiday Vodka began with a simple idea: to create a spirit that people could genuinely connect with—one that felt joyful, modern, and celebratory. Born as a tribute to vacations past and present and the moments shared with friends, Holiday Vodka reflects the ease and pleasure of time well spent.
"Working with Anna on Holiday Vodka was about more than crafting a great spirit; it was about distilling a feeling," said Giancarlo at the December 3 launch event. "We wanted to create a vodka that expresses Italian elegance and craftsmanship while remaining incredibly pure and modern. Every sip should feel like a moment of 'La Dolce Vita.'"
Enjoyed neat, over ice, or in Holiday's signature "Diretto Martini," Holiday Vodka reflects an unmistakably Italian approach to craftsmanship.
