Sojo Industries Appoints Chad Hagen as Chief Commercial Officer

Veteran executive brings 30 years of experience building and scaling profitable manufacturing businesses across the CPG industry.

Bristol, PA – December 11, 2025 – Sojo Industries ("Sojo"), an industrial automation company delivering advanced robotics, mobile manufacturing, and modular packaging solutions for Fortune 500 and emerging brands, announces the appointment of Chad Hagen as Chief Commercial Officer.

Hagen joins Sojo following more than 17 years at SunOpta Inc., a publicly traded leader in food and beverage manufacturing, where he served as Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President. At SunOpta, Hagen successfully grew revenue from $300 million to over $1 billion and established long-term strategic partnerships with multinational food and beverage companies. Throughout his career, Hagen has also held commercial and advisory roles at Robinson Fresh, Pavich Farms, and Sambazon.
