The India Bartender Guild (IBG) successfully hosted the IBG Flair Challenge Competition 2025, a prestigious national-level flair bartending championship, reinforcing its commitment to elevating professional bartending standards in India. The high-energy competition was held at the KTPO Convention Centre, Bengaluru, as part of Brews & Spirits, one of India’s leading platforms for the alco-bev and hospitality industry.
The IBG Flair Challenge 2025 brought together some of the finest bartending talent from across the country, offering a dynamic platform to showcase technical precision, creativity, confidence, choreography, and world-class flair bartending skills. The championship witnessed electrifying performances and a strong competitive spirit, reflecting the growing professionalism and international readiness of India’s bartending community.
The competition was judged by an esteemed panel of industry experts, ensuring transparency, credibility, and internationally benchmarked evaluation standards. The jury included Mr. Archit Singhal, President, India Bartender Guild; Mr. Monish Raj, a renowned bartending professional; Mr. Chetan Choramule, award-winning flair bartender and IBG Champion; and Mr. Shravan Kumar B, an accomplished hospitality and mixology specialist. Their collective expertise added depth, authority, and professional integrity to the championship.
Following an intense and closely contested finale, the winners of the IBG Flair Challenge Bengaluru 2025 were announced. Akash Beniwal from Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, secured the first position, impressing the judges with his exceptional flair techniques, precision handling, creativity, and commanding stage presence. The second position was secured by Rahul Negi from Dehradun, Uttarakhand, whose performance demonstrated strong technical skills and confidence. Amal Mathew from Kerala claimed the third position, earning appreciation for his innovative choreography and flair execution.
A key highlight of the IBG Flair Challenge Competition 2025 was the announcement of an exclusive international competition opportunity for the champion. In line with IBG’s mission to provide global exposure to Indian bartenders, the winner will be nominated to represent India and the India Bartender Guild at a leading international flair championship. The champion may also be given the opportunity to compete at a prestigious bartending competition in Macau, further strengthening India’s presence on the global bartending stage.
