Trimona Exhibits at Expo West 2026 With New Bulgarian Yogurt Offerings

Port Jefferson, New York (February 19, 2026) – Trimona, known for its traditional, non-strained Bulgarian yogurt, will exhibit at Natural Products Expo West 2026 at Booth #1642, debuting a 24 oz yogurt size in its Plain Whole Milk and Vanilla Whole Milk flavors, offered alongside its existing 32 oz size. This new sizing responds directly to consumer feedback for a more accessible option that fits into everyday routines.


In addition to its new 24 oz offering, Trimona is excited to share more about:

  • Ongoing development of a reformulated drinkable yogurt, building on Trimona's existing probiotic yogurt drink, with long-term goals of delivering higher protein content with minimal processing. Development is ongoing and not yet finalized, with a target of 16 grams of protein per one-cup serving

  • Continued exploration of regenerative certification, with updates expected in the coming weeks


"The 24 oz containers reflect how people use yogurt in their daily lives," said Atanas Valev, founder and Chief Yogurt Officer of Trimona. "By adding another size, we are making it easier for people to choose what works best for how they actually use yogurt."


Trimona is made using organic A2A2 whole milk and live cultures. Unlike Greek yogurt, it is minimally processed and non-strained, resulting in a naturally tangy flavor, low sugar content, and a texture that is ideal for eating by itself or used in recipes.

Expo West attendees are invited to visit Booth #1642 to sample Trimona's yogurt lineup and learn more about their approach to traditional, unstrained Bulgarian yogurt.
