Noblewood Group, the producer of the globally recognized super-premium Beluga Vodka, announces its entry into the gin category with the launch of Oyster Adriatic Gin, marking a significant new chapter for the group and its first step beyond vodka.
Building on Noblewood Group’s expertise in premium spirits, craftsmanship, and design-led brand building, Oyster Adriatic Gin joins the portfolio as a natural evolution of the group’s vision: creating spirits that reflect a strong sense of place, refined gastronomy, and modern luxury rituals.
Inspired by the Adriatic coast and its distinctive way of life, Oyster Adriatic Gin captures the raw elegance of the region—its azure waters, sun-drenched landscapes, and culinary traditions rooted in purity and provenance. The brand draws a direct parallel between the world of fine oysters and premium spirits, uniting nature, craftsmanship, and the art de la table in a contemporary gin expression.
Crafted using traditional London Dry Gin distillation techniques, the neutral alpha-grade spirit is sourced from Noblewood Group’s own distillery in Latvia, while distillation takes place in Montenegro.
Only natural Adriatic botanicals are used, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, fennel seeds, liquorice root, citrus peels, and spices, combined with exceptionally pure water drawn from artesian wells in the Montenegrin highlands. No essences or infusions are added, preserving the gin’s clarity, balance, and sense of origin. Bottled at 42.5% ABV, Oyster Adriatic Gin delivers both depth and finesse.
The oyster—a timeless symbol of refinement and gastronomic excellence—was the natural inspiration for the bottle’s form. Sculpted to echo its organic curves, the bespoke glass was developed layer by layer to capture the oyster’s natural beauty, elegance, and individuality.
Oyster Adriatic Gin has already garnered industry recognition, awarded Silver in the Gin Category at the Global Drinks Intel New Product Awards 2025, highlighting both its design excellence and liquid quality.
Oyster Adriatic Gin offers pine-led juniper notes, a rich herbaceous palate, and a long, savory finish.
Designed to be paired with raw oysters and refined cocktail serves, Oyster Adriatic Gin reinforces Noblewood Group’s commitment to elevated drinking and dining experiences.
