New Delhi, India: India’s most influential celebration of mixology and bar culture returns this April with its largest and most globally integrated edition to date. Delhi Cocktail Week 2026, owned and presented by AMM Brands LLP in collaboration with the India Bartenders Guild, will transform Delhi NCR into the epicenter of beverage excellence for nine immersive days.

Bringing together bartenders, brewers, sommeliers, hospitality entrepreneurs, students, investors, and global delegates, the platform continues to evolve beyond a festival — positioning itself as a structured industry movement.

 

A City-Wide Showcase of Beverage Craft

100+ Cocktail Bars will unveil exclusive, limited-edition menus curated by leading mixologists. 20+ Breweries will headline Beer Week with guided tastings and experiential brewery engagements. 20+ Wine Bars will host curated global wine showcases under Wine Week.

Together, these verticals represent one of India’s most comprehensive beverage celebrations.

 

Curated Crawls & Immersive Experiences

Over 10+ Cocktail & Beer Crawls will guide guests across Delhi NCR’s most dynamic nightlife districts, offering curated tasting journeys and insider hospitality access.

 

Global Certifications & Professional Development

With 10+ masterclasses scheduled, Delhi Cocktail Week strengthens its educational mandate. In collaboration with the International Bartenders Association (IBA), certified trainers from Cuba will conduct internationally recognized programs:

  • IBA Certificate in Bartending
  • IBA Foundation Course
  • IBA Social Responsibility Course
  • IBA Judge Course

These globally benchmarked certifications create international mobility and professional advancement opportunities for Indian talent.

 

Competitive Excellence on a Global Platform

National Cocktail Championship – 2nd Edition (April 20, 2026) India’s top bartenders will compete in Classic and Flair categories. Winners will represent India at the IBA World Cocktail Championship 2026 in Macau against participants from 60+ countries.

Golden Peacock Cup – India’s First International Cocktail Competition Marking a historic milestone, the Golden Peacock Cup will welcome participants from 10+ countries, bringing global bartending leaders and association presidents together in India.

 

IBG Student Competition – Empowering Future Leaders

Opening doors to hospitality students nationwide, the IBG Student Competition will feature:

  • IBG Flair Challenge
  • Bar Queen Challenge
  • Zero Proof Competition
  • India Academic Coffee Championship

Winners will receive fully sponsored IBA certification programs, fostering international exposure at the grassroots level.

Founded in 2015, Delhi Cocktail Week was established to create a globally aligned framework for India’s bar and beverage sector. Over the past decade, it has evolved into a multi-dimensional platform integrating festivals, championships, trade shows, and education initiatives.
