Crater Lake Spirits: Black Butte Whiskey

Our collaboration with Deschutes Brewery uses the mash of their Black Butte Porter (minus the hops); we then take this, and turn it into a 5 year malted barley whiskey. Sitting at 94 proof, this whiskey is best drank over the rocks or neat.
