BevNET Live will feature an opportunity for entrepreneurs to check out their ideas with the experienced eye of noted designer Ian McLean, who will be on hand to answer questions and analyze proposed designs in a unique “workshop” format.
The workshop will be held during BevNET Live’s breakout sessions on Dec. 3. BevNET will allow attendees with specific design issues to submit questions and proposed package, label, trademark or branding designs ahead of time, allowing a series of projects to accumulate for McLean — and other designers, pending demand — to analyze.
Those issues and problems will then be discussed during the session, allowing audience members the chance to hear and understand key design priorities and techniques — even if they do not wish to have their own projects evaluated.
A longtime participant in BevNET Live and Beverage School, McLean has lent his views on design and creative branding to many beverage companies — but this is the first time attendees will be able to get personalized attention, and that an audience will be able to derive real-world, real-time insights into some of their most pressing design problems.
More details about breakout sessions — which will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3 as part of the two-day BevNET Live event — will be available soon. Attendees interested in submitting design questions for the workshop should alert BevNET.com Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Klineman at firstname.lastname@example.org.
