Made with cashew fruit, not the cashew nut which comes from inside the fruit, O.N.E.'s latest entry follows suit with their concept of bringing South American flavors to the mainstream. The flavor is light, but rather sweet, with an exotic flavor that has an almost tropical taste to it. While it doesn't taste like cashew nuts (aside from a slight note to the finish), the execution is pretty pleasant, but again, it's a bit too sweet. Packaging is nice looking and feels modern, but we think O.N.E. has an uphill battle with this one. The main challenge being the American palate, which will likely think about crushed up cashew nuts when seeing this product. That doesn't bode well for the intended nutritional benefits for this drink -- or for whetting the appetite of the potential consumer. That being said, we wonder if O.N.E. could do more to promote the health benefits -- or simply cut it with a secondary flavor as they did with the Coffee Berry flavor.
