BevNET Review: Green River is quite a classic beverage. The light flavor of Green River reminded us of lollipops, but not as sweet. It has a nice, old-fashioned feel to it. The green color gives it an artificial appearance, but this is more than made up for with its superior taste. We highly recommend this beverage. One piece of advice: it is much better in the 12oz long neck than the 16oz plastic bottle.

I 1st tried this pop when I was about 5 and loved it. I'm now alot older and Green River is still the best pop you'll ever try!

Have loved this product ever since I was a little kid growing up in Chicago. Green River or a cherry phosphate...my two fountain favorites!

GREAT soda. Strong, but not overpowering citrus taste and a smooth rollout aftertaste make this one of my new favorites. It's the way Sprite should have tasted. If you can find any, buy some.

I have loved Green River since I was a kid. The slightly syrupy taste is just perfect. This is what soda is meant to be.

I do not like 7up, I can handle sprite only if I add a lime to it, but GREEN RIVER is about the best I have ever tasted as far as the lemon/lime soda's go. It has a perfect balance of flavors and smooth taste. The only thing that worries me is the coloring, it's real real green, we are talking Neon Green here, I wonder if that stuff can kill ya? The reason i did not give it 5 Stars is because to make it perfect I would add some lemon or lime pulp to it like "Sun Drop". Give this stuf a try and you will never buy a 7up or sprite again.
