Aayur Organic is a New York-based beverage brand making Ayurveda-inspired sparkling drinks. Its debut product, Date Knight, is a gut-focused sparkling beverage crafted from dates, figs, raisins, amla and chicory, plus lime, white grape and pink Himalayan salt, with no added sugar. The drinks are USDA Organic, fiber-rich, gluten-free, non-GMO and plant-based. Founded by siblings Nikita and Nitesh, the brand grew from generational family recipes tested in their Brooklyn kitchen and early sales at the Fort Greene farmers market, and sells online in six-, 12-, 24- and 48-can packs.
