BevNET Review
Wild Berry & Citron is a product with an identity problem. According to the manufactuer of the product, this beverage is a "nutrisoda." However, we must call it like we see it -- this product is an energy drink. With the 250ml slim can with a supplement appearance to it, this product definitely looks like an energy drink in our opinion. The similarities continue as we examine the formulation and taste the product. Again, all signs point to energy drink. We can all but guarantee that the industry and consumer will agree. As for the flavor of the product, it is light and moderately sweet with a berry flavor that leaves behind a noticeable aftertaste from the sucralose. It's reasonably refreshing as long as you can tolerate the aftertaste -- and it's definitely better than a good percentage of sugar free energy drinks on the market today. Overall, a decent beverage but trying to label itself as a "nutrisoda" may be the critical factor in this product.
