Review: Caballo Negro Double Kick Zero

Caballo Negro's "Double Kick Zero" is the 16-ounce version of its sugar free formulation. As far as diet energy drinks go, this product is well done, especially considering its minimal aftertaste. It's not the best diet energy flavor that we've ever had, but its citrus and berry flavor is drinkable and moderately refreshing. The packaging, on the other hand, is a bit more unique. The Mexican themed design has an authentic ethnic feeling. However, the text laden label could be cleaned up and we think a "less is more" approach would help this drink stand out more. In addition, the can looks very similar to Caballo Negro's regular variety and we would recommend doing something to make them stand apart a bit more.
